GENERAL OUTLOOK CHANGED (Rec. 11.15) BRISBANE, This Day. Three important developments in the Queensland railway strike have affected the general outlook overnight. Firstly the inter-State executive of the Australasian Council of Trade Unions declared in support of . the strikers, and demanded the granting of their claims forthwith.
