NORWAY SEEKS RETURN (Rec. 10.10 a.m.) MADRID, July 25. The motor yacht, Solbris, carrying ton escaped prisoners, which arrived at Vigo from Norway on Wednesday, left tlie port for an unknown destination. Norway yesterday asked Spain to extradite the runaways.
