LORD NATHAN TO VISIT N.Z. (Rec. 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 25. The Minister of Civil Aviation, Lord Nathan, at a press conference, announced that he is visiting Australia and New Zealand in August, at the invitation of those counties’ Governments.

He will lead the United Kingdom delegation to the South Pacific Air Transport Council, which meets at Canberra from August 11 to 14, Lady Nathan, who is chairman of the London County Council, will accompany him.. Lord Nathan’© delegation will include his private secretaiy, Mr R. D. Poland, the Director-General of LongTerm Planning, Mr Peter Masefield, and the Director of Finance, Mr J. McCaig, and three other Ministry officials. They will leave London by air on August 1. The Nathans will remain in Australia until August 15 and then go to New Zealand, with Mr Poland, and will stay there until September 8. “That’is where lam going to spend my summer vacation,” Lord Nathan said. He will not return to London until October, as he is going to Singapore Hong Kong, Nanking and Bangkok, after leaving Australia on the return journey.
