ONE ACCUSED FOUND GUILTY fP.A.) WELLINGTON, July 25. Oil a charge of stealing 10 tons of wire from the Government, Leonard James Thompson Ross, company manager, aged 43, was found guilty by a jury in the Supreme Court, Wellington, to-day. On a joint charge of theft of wire against Ross and Martin Anthony Fahey, a clerk, aged 45, and on a further charge, against Ro3s of receiving, verdicts of not guilty were returned. . The Chief Justice (Sir Humphrey O’Leary) discharged Fahey, and remanded Ross until Tuesday for sentence. ~ i
