BRITISH PROSPECTS BRIGHT (Rec. 11.5 a.m.) MOSCOW, June 29. An authoritative British source said that Britain was almost sure to receive substantial quantities of grain from Russia in 1947.

The British trade mission, headed by Mr Harold Wilson, Secretary for Overseas Trade, is' having extremely good round-table talks with the Russians, and is very pleased with the results. Real progress is reported to have been made.

The British delegation is pleased with the overall prospects, and an excellent Russian harvest is no longer in doubt.

In Bucharest to-day it is announced that Russia has granted Rumania a loan of 0000 wagon loads of wheat, and 2000 of barley, which, with grain supplies from the United Statee, is expected to see Rumania through to the harvest.
