RUSSIANS AT CONFERENCE (Rec. 1 p.m.) PARIS, June 27. The three Foreign Ministers ended the day’s meeting, after a four-hour discussion behind closed doors. They moved from the conference room to a buffet for champagne and hors d’oeuvres, and, five minutes later, the nine unsmiling Russians walked down the main passage of the French Foreign Office in a solid body. The Ministers will meet again tomorrow afternoon.
