SHIPBROKER’S LOSS LONDON, June 27. A* valuable stamp collection and £3200 in one pound notes were contained in a steel filing which was stolen last night from alongside the owner’s feet in an underground railway carriage. A shipbroker, Mr Frank Page, deposited the box with other parcels on the floor near the offside door becaus'e in the journey from Liveipoo Street he wao under the impression that only door would be opened. He forgot that owing to extra platforms the offside door would be opened at King’s Cross. The box had disappeared when he looked up fiom liis newspaper.
