HAMILTON, This Day. _ “We think this is a valid vote,” said the Chief Justice, Sir Humphrey O’Leary, when the Electoral Court, entering its third week of the Raglan hearing took evidence this morning' on one of Ihe last seven of the petitioner’s IG7 objections. > The case was that of Harry, Stan Shone, of Hamilton, farm hand, whose vote was challenged because the petitioner alleged that Shonc’s enrolment and declaration signatures differedAfter evidence had been called by •counsel for the petitioner, Shone was put in the box by respondent, but the Chief Justice dismissed him saying that the bench was satisfied that Shone’s vote was valid.
