Fighting In Persia —Anglo-Iranian oil company tankers which on Tuesday approached Bushire reported that tribesmen had annihilated the garrison, says the Teheran correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph,” who added that fierce fighting continues at Kazeroun, where the outnumbered garrison will be forced to surrender unless reinforcements now on the way arrive soon. Planes flying over Bushire can see corpses strewn throughout the city. Persian General Headquarters, which is out of communication with Bushire for the first time since the tribesmen’s revolt, states that Bushire has been given up as “definitely lost.”
