TWO MORE MINISTERS RESIGN CAIRO, October 4. Loutfy Pasha, Deputy Prime Minister, resigned yesterday, and Saha Habaslii Pasha, Minister of Commerce, resigned to-day. Loutfy Pasha, in a statement to the Press, urged that Egypt should submit her case to the United Nations so that the Security Council could recommend that Britain should withdraw her troops front Egypt immediately. He added that the new British proposals were worse than the first. Sidky Pasha announced that he was going to London to see Mr Ernest Bevpersonally about llie Anglo-Lgyptian treaty negotiations.
