More Conciliatory Tone. —Poland shows a more conciliatory attitude toward the problem of General Anders’ army in a Note sent to London, says the diplomatic correspondent of “The Timds.” Poland will grant emigration facilities to soldiers wishing to settle abroad, offer consular protection and also facilities if the men wish to return to Poland. The Note expresses anxiety about the military guise the Polish resettlement corps threaten to assume.
