FEDERAL ELECTIONS
MANY CANDIDATES IN N.S-W. SYDNEY, August 23. So far 87 candidates have been announced for the 28 New South Wales seats in the House of Representatives which will be filled at the Federal election on September 2S. The Labour Party will contest all the seats, of which it now holds 21. The Liberals have 23 candidates, the Country Party 11, Lang Labour 10 and the Communists and the Service Party five each, Independents will stand in four electorates.
