ST. JAMES THEATRE
The charming true-to-life story by George Victor Martin, “Our Vines Have Tender Grapes,” makes a perfect subject for a motion picture foi the masses and provides little Margaret O’Brien with a perfect role. It will be the attraction at the St. James Theatre to-night and on Monday and Tuesday at matinee and night sessions. Edward G. Robinson, Jackie “Butch” Jenkins, James Craig and Frances Gifford are also featured. The story is full of humour and down-to-earth drama of every day life such as most people understand. The supporting items include a Fitzpatrick Traveßalk, Passing Parade, Cine and N.Z. Review.
