EARLY ANNOUNCEMENTS EXPECTED LONDON, August 1. Events are considered to be leading inevitably to the Congress Ministry having wider power than previous Governments, says the New Delhi correspondent ot the “Daily telegraph. Early announcements are expected in New Delhi and London. Most observers consider that, the Moslem League will be forced to strike a bargain with Congress, and Congress will also be compelled by circumstances to treat with the League, the only alternative being disorder throughout India.
