RESIDENTS SUGGEST SITE Members of the Advance Stave-’ ley Society are keenly interested in the suggestion by the Ashburton County Council that an ice skating rink and camping ground he established at Sharplin’s Fall resei’ve. ( To-day’s meeting of the council received a letter from the society thanking councillors for their interest and suggesting a possible site. On the recommendation of the Avorks committee, the engineer (Mr R. L. Lindsay) avus instructed to get in touch Avitli the society, inspect the area and report back to the council.
