LOTS TO BE DRAWN (Rec. 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 1. Britain, America and Russia will draw lots for the remaining ships of the Italian fleet after the allocations ot other Powers which declared war against Italy, says Reuter’s Paris correspondent.
