TOTAL MOUNTING
RUSSIANS MURDERED IN BERLIN LONDON, Dec. 30. The discovery of the bodies of two Russians brought the total murdered in Berlin last week to six persons, German and Allied, says the Beilin correspondent of the Associated Pi ess. Three others were wounded. American and Russian military police joined in the search for gunmen. One of the. Russians found to-day wore the uniform of a captain. The other body was nude, with the face nearly blown off.
Moscow radio announced that two German generals and a corporal were sentenced to death at Bryansk today and were publicly hanged five hours later for atrocities during occupation. > They were' Lieutenant-Gen-erals F. G. Bernhardt and Adolf Hamman and Corporal Lemler. Another corporal Karl Stein, was sentenced to 20 years’ imprisonment.
