YOUTH MISSING
EFFORT TO ROW CHANNEL (Rec. 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 21. Graham Kinross, aged 18, who twice previously attempted to row to the Continent, is reported missing after the discovery of an overturned rowing boat ashorp near Dover. Kinross made earlier attempts in November in an endeavour “to see conditions on the Continent for myself.” He was recently charged with attempting to leave the United Kingdom without permission, and was bound over for a year.
