KILLING AND KIDNAPPING (Rlc. 9.30 a.m.) BATAVIA, Dec. 3 An Allied communique says that extremists at Bandoeng rioted during the week-end, setting fire to houses and killing and kidnapping the European occupants. The cruiser Sussex shelled Indonesian concentrations east and south of Semarang. The Premier of the Indonesian Republican Government {Mr Satan Sjahrir) stated that the Black Buffaloes, who allegedly murdered the occupants of the crashed Dakota plane, are an offshoot of the Japanese Black Dragon Society.
