Coal from Don Basin. —Within two years the Don Basin coal pits will be producing on the pre-war scale and after 10 years they will be the greatest producers in Europe, say Don geologists. Within a few years IS new shafts will have been sunk for mines which will be able to supply coal fcr the next 50 years.
