ADMINISTRATION OF COLONY. (Rec. 2 p.m.) PARIS, August 23. Admiral Georges Argenlieu, who will soon be leaving to assume Hie Governor-Generalship of Indo-Cliina, denied assertions that France was unable to administer the colony. Admiral Argenlieu said that the administrative corps were still ill Indochina, where they had remained throughout the .occupation. He believed that a majority were non-collab-orationists, who were prepared to resume their functions. Admiral Argenlieu said that France would be guided by the principles of the United Nations’ Charter in governing the colony.
