AIR-MINDED YOUTH.
How air-minded youngsters in Brit* ain have become these days was amply demonstrated at the opening of the model aircraft exhibition at Dorland Hall, London, states the “Manchester Guardian.” Plane modelling is no idle pastime, but an exacting and absorbing craft, and many a successful designer and pilot began his career constructing models. There atin now more than 500,000 active aero modellers in the British Isles,, and Lancashire alone has 14 special clubs. People of all ages cultivate this hobby.
