ST. JAMES THEATRE. Francliot Tone essays what for him is an entirely new role in the novel and gripping mystery drama, “Phantom Lady,” shoAving finally to-night at the St. James Theatre. He plays fhe part of a brilliant young sculptor whose gradual disintegration goes from 'intellectual eccentricity to .wanton strangler and babbling paranoic.
