KILLED BY TRUCK.

(P.A.) NEW PLYMOUTH, June 11. A member of the Women’s Army Auxiliary Corps died in hospital this evening less than an hour after being struck by a motor-truck when crossing the road from the New Plymouth Army Office. She was Corporal Daphne May Foster, aged 39, wife of Mr Joseph Stanley Foster, New Plymouth. She was injured in the head.
