SUICIDE TACTICS.
JAPANESE PLANS. (Re'c. 12.20 p.m.) NEW YORK, May 31. The Tokio radio says that all branches of the Japanese navy have been trained in suicide attacks which, while assuring the least possible losses, produce tlie greatest results. The changes in the Japanese naval commands are designed to prepare all branches of the navy for suicide tactics.
