MR HOPKINS IN MOSCOW/V; (Rec. 9.30 a.m.) LONDON‘S May 30. Foreign diplomatic circles ,in t ,jVI OS * cow state that Mr Harry Hopkins had most satisfactory discussions with Russian, Statesmen touching practically every major question, particularly Russo-American relations. The correspondent of the Associated Press at Moscow says there is reason to believe that much.-has been accomplished, but no official disclosures are likely before Mr Hopkins reports to President Truman.
