GERMAN U-BOATS.
TOTAL OF 98 TAKEN. LONDON, May 20. A naval spokesman has revealed that the Allies have captured PS German submarines and a large assortment of small craft in Norway, says the Oslo correspondent of the British United Press. It is estimated Unit the Germans operated 300 U-boats from Norway, of which some are known to he still at sea. A military spokesman said that the disarming of 400,000 Germans in Norway would be completed by the end of June. This was proceeding without incident, and no Allied casualties had been reported throughout Norwav.
A Russian military mission has arrived in Oslo in ortler to supervise the repatriation of 78,000 Russian prisoners. s>
A British military spokesman said that no V-bomb sites or projectiles were found in Norway. There were no indications thal the Germans planned to use Norway for V-bombing. The spokesman added tlrn.t reports that the Germans planned to attack Sweden were untrue, although the frontier was found to be in a state of complete defence.
