SPAIN REFUSES.
(Rec. 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, May 28. The Spanish Government has refused the extradition of M. Leon Degrelle, leader of the Belgian Fascists, according to Belgian . newspapers, quoted by Reuter’s Brussels correspondent. The reasons given for the refusal are Degrelle’s offences politically, and he is merely taking advantage of the right of sanctuary.
