THE TINWALD STOCK MARKET. LIGHT QUALITY SLIGHTLY EASIER AVERAGE YARDING TO-DAY. Prices for light ewes at the Tinwald , stock sale to-day were slightly easier, but best, quality remained firm at late rates. There was an average yarding for the season of the year. < The range for ewes was: Heavy, 20s to 23s 7d; medium, 17s 6d to 19s; light, up to 17s. L. Anderson, of Maronan, had topped the market up to noon with seven at 23s' 7d. Lambs made up to 33s 4d, F. P. Cookson, of Eiffelton, selling nine at that price. Principal sales up to noon were: Fat Ewes —On account of L. Anderson (Maronan), 8 at 21s lOd, 7 at 21s 4d, 4 at 20s lOd, 9 at 22s lOd, 7 at 23s 7d, 5 at 23s Id, 5 at 22s Id, 8 at 20s 7d, 8 at 18s lOd; clients, 7 at 22s 7d, 7 at 22s Id, 21 at 21s 4d, 37 at 20s 4d, 3 at 19s 7d, 9 at 18s lOd, 3 at 17s Id, 4 at 15s 7d, 6 at 19s Id, 15 at 20s lOd, 1 at 235, 7 at 22s lOd, 2 at 21s Id. Lambs—On account of F. P. Cookson (Eiffelton), 9 at 33s 4d; clients, 7 at 26s 4(1, 4 at 31s 7d, 3 at 28s 4d, 2 at 265, 1 at 31s 3d. Wethers—Four at 355, 2 at 31s lOd, 10 at 20s Id, 1 at 345, 4 at 38s 4d, 6 at 37s Id, 60 at 345. Cattle —Steers at £5 ss. £3 12s 6d, £l3 17s 6d, £l6 17s 6d, £l4 17s 6d; cows at £7 17s 6d; cow in calf £7 12s 6d; heifers at £5 12s 6d, £4 12s 6d. Sales after mid-day included:

Ewes —On account of A. W. Watson (Pendarves), 5 at 26s lOd, 6 at 25s 7d.

Stores—-On account' of clients, 206 2-th ewes at 18s Gd, 421 6 and 8-th ewes at 10s Gd, 24 M.S. lambs at 14s, 50 freezing ewes at 14s 7d, 63 freezing ewes at 17s lid, 35 wether lambs at 15s id.
