CASUALTY LISTS.
TWO DEAD; 16 WOUNDED. A New Zealand Expeditionary Force casualty list issued last night reported one man killed in action, one died of wounds and 16 wounded, The Canterbury list is:— Wounded. Dodge-, Frank Kingston. Mrs M. M. E. Dodge, Christchurch, wife. AIR CASUALTIES \ ELEVEN KILLED; EIGHT MISSING An air casualty list issued last night reported 11 men killed, eight missing (two believed killed), three previously missing now presumed dead, four previously missing now believed killed, one confirmed as prisoner of war and one seriously ill (previously dangerously ill). One New Zealand casualty (previously seriously ill) is removed from all lists. Killed. Blewett, Acting-Flight Lieutenant Terence Douglas. Mr L. F. Blewett, Christchurch, father. Miller, Flying Officer Frank Reid. Mrs E. L. Miller, Christchurch, mother. Presumed Dead. (Previously Missing, Believed Killed). Goulden, Flying Officer David Allan, of Southbridge. Confirmed Prisoner of War. Maling, Squadron Leader James Richard, of Christchurch. NEW ZEALAND CASUALTY. Removed from Ail Lists. (Previously Reported Seriously 111). Alexander, Corporal Bruce Osmond, of Christchurch.
