James Hassall Avas fined £75 at the Greymonth Magistrate’s Court this morning for having used premises as a common gaming house. He pleaded guilty. He had five previous convictions, the last in 1935. John Joseph Shannahan, similarly charged, was fined £2O. I-Ie Avas a first offender.
