TWO ACCIDENTS.
Mr R. Penticost, of 22G Yaldhurst Road, Christchurch, a. horse trainer, aged 2S, was admitted to the Ashburton Public Hospital last evening, suffering from concussion. His condition is reported to he satisfactory. A jockey named Nelson, who was thrown from his mount in the first race at Ashburton to-day, was admitted to the Public Hospital suffering from concussion. His condition was reported to be satisfactory.
