Mails for the north close at Ashburton as follows: Monday to Friday—7 a.m. f 11 a.m.; ,3 p.m. Monday—Guard’s van 3.37 p.m. Wednesday and Friday—3 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday— Guard’s van, 5.14 p.m. Saturdays only and 12.30 p.m. Late fee at guard’s van, 5.14 p.m. Mails for the south close as follow: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday—7 a.m., late fee at Post Office 9.25 a.m., late fee at Guard’s van 10.11 a.m. i Monday to Friday (inclusive) —8 p.m., letters only Timaru, Oamaru, Dunedin and south of Dunedin. Air Mail Services. Trans-Tasman air mails will be despatched as opportunity offers. Air mails within New Zealand close at the Ashburton Post Office: Northbound —Monday, 5 a.m., Tuesday to Friday (both included), 7 a.m. Southbound —Monday to Friday (both included), 7 a.m. Overseas Mails (Outward). Mails for overseas will be closed and forwarded as opportunity ofers.
