OBJECTIVES NEAR ORSOGNA. (Rec. 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 13. An air communique says that bad flying weather yesterday limited operations. Medium bombers, however, attacked railway junctions and bridges at Arce. Fighter-bombers attacked enemy positions near Orsogna.
