PARTISANS ON OFFENSIVE

The German offensive in Yugoslavia has broken down, says a special communique from General Tito broadcast by the Algiers radio. It adds that Yugoslav forces are counter-attacking southwest of Zagreb.
The partisans have also passed to the offensive in several other localities. A strong enemy column in Croatia has been decimated. -
A message to the British Official Wireless Service says that Tito's patriots have fought their way into the suburbs of Banjaluka, the chief town of western Bosnia, and a strategicallyvaluable road and rail centre. This report quotes the Yugoslav' Free Radio.
Banjaluka is a modern town with a population of 25,000 and lies along the banks of the Vrbas Riven
