(Rec. 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 19. ‘ The Germans have confiscated the fortune of Senior Arminese, an industrialist and proprietor of the Italian newspaper “Giornale DTtallia” and “Popoli Di Reme,” whose arrest was reported on Sunday. His fortune at pre-war rate of exchange is estimated at £1,500,000.
