MAN GUILTY OF ASSAULT. In the Supreme Court at Timaru yesterday, before Mr Justice E. H. Northcroft, Stanley Alfred Vialoux (Mr D. W. Russell) pleaded guilty to having committed an indecent assault on a male of 11 years at Ashburton on February 13, 1943, and to having committed an indecent assault on a female at Ashburton on April IS, 1943. The prisoner was remanded for sentence at, the end of the sessions.
