SPANISH LABOURER TRIED. EXPLOSION AT GIBRALTAR. (Rec. 9.50.) GIBRALTAR, Oct. 11. The Supreme Court sentenced to death a Spanish labourer, Jose Martin Munoz, aged 19, who pleaded guilty to a- charge “that on June 00, with intent to help the enemy, he did impede the operations of his Majesty s Navy and endanger life, and caused an explosion in Gibraltar dockyard.
