CONCERT AND DANCE.
ENTERTAINMENT AT TINWALD. The Tinwald Town Hall was crowded last evening when a concert and dance was held in aid of funds for the Tinwald branch of the St. John Ambulance Association. Over £2O was netted. Mrs S. 11. Dili's concert party presented the following programme:— Vocal solos, Miss Mae Chapman; popular choruses, Misses P. Lattimore, N. Chapman, Mae Chapman, Margery Chapman, M. Crossman and E. Lill, the chorus solists being Miss E. Lill and Miss N. Chapman; recitations, Miss C. Lill; sketch, “A Game For Two,’* Mr and Mrs S. H. Lill and Miss C. Lill; sketch, “The Motor Ride,” Miami Mrs S. H. Lill; play “The Magic Spectacle,” Mr and Mrs S. H. Lill and Mr R, J. Chapman; play, “The Proposal,” Mr and Mrs S. H. Lill and Mr R. J. Chapman; character duet, Misses E. Lill and Mae Chapman. Mrs S. H. Lill Was the accompanist. Mr A. C. Wakelin, who presided, moved a vote of thanks to the performers.
Dancing followed to music by Mr R. Prattley, Mr R. J. Tarbotton being master of ceremonies.
