BABY WOOL.
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Jujy 29. Replying in the House of Representatives to a question by Airs W. J. Poison (National, Mid-Canterbury), the Minister of Supply (the Hon. I). G. Sullivan) said advice had been received recently that most of the remainder of this year’s quota, of baby wool had boon shipped to New Zealand. As a result it would appear "that supplies would become easier, though not normal. He added that the cot blanket position had progressively improved in recent months from the change-over from military to civil production in woollen mills, and it was expected that there soon would be no difficulties in securing normal supplies of cot blankets.
