LONDON. In a sale of jewels totalling £16,919 at Christie's, a. diamond tiara, composed of eight graduated scroll and foliage clusters, separated by diamond foliage uprights, brought £2250, the top price of the session. The second highest price of the sale, £llBO, was given for a fine circular-cut diamond, mounted as <a. ring, with diamond shoulders on an engraved platinum hoop.
