GERMANS MASSING.
ON FRONTIER OF HUNGARY. PRESSURE TO CONTINUE WAR. (Rec. 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, July 28Unconfirmed reports state that Ger man troops are massing at several points on the Hungarian frontier, says the Associated Press correspondent at Istanbul. It is known, says the correspondent, that the Germans have exerted considerable pressure on Hungarians lately in an attempt to turn the apparent determination of the Hungarians to cease active participation in the war. There are no details of-the disposition or numbers of the German troops.
The Budapest radio announced that the Hungarian Cabinet met yesterday and sat until late at night discussing current affairs.
