NEW SOUTH WALES MINERS. SYDNEY. July 27. Four hundred coal miners avlio stopped work yesterday on the Northern field, in New South Wales, will be prosecuted under the CoinmonAAealth Government’s now plan for dealing with coal stoppages. The men allege that the bathroom at the mine does not conform Avitli the requirements of tho Mines Regulation Act. Individual summonses wi 11 be issued against the men concerned in the stoppage.
