THROUGH MEDITERRANEAN. FIRST SINCE ITALY AT WAR. (Rec. 12.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 8. A Haifa message says that for the first time since Italy’s entry into thewar consignments of merchandise from Britain are arriving here via the Mediterranean. The voyage occupied under three weeks.
