NEW SERUM.
PRODUCTION IN RUSSIA. (Roc. 12 noon.) LONDON, July 8, A new serum especially effective in the treatment of bone injuries, will he produced on a mass scale in Russian institutes, says the Moscow radio. The serum is at present being used for the quick healing of wounds which have resisted treatment for several months. The Moscow radio also announced that Professor Raihzin has been awarded the Order of Lenin, also the Stalin Prize, First Class; and 150.000 roubles, for inventing a now type of boiler. Professor Ramain was sentenced to death 13 years ago for participating in a conspiracy to overthrow the Soviet Government, but the sentence was commuted. He continued .scientific work under surveillance.
