the breaches of neutrality (Ree. 1.40) STOCKHOLM. April 28. The naval authorities announced that several recently-laid mines in' a German minefield were discovered within Swedish waters during the search for the missing submarine Ulven. The true strength of the public reaction to the Gorman breaches of Swedish neutrality can be gauged now with the reappearance of the newspapers after Easter.
The German merchantman’s attacks on the submarine Drakan lias almost faded into the background in the face of what is considered the brazenness of the German’ reply: to the Swedish Note.
