Two trucks had been nearly hlled with waste rubber, and he was going to ascertain from the railway authorities if a third could be made available, said the Borough Engineer (Mr J. R. Richardson) to r dayi. If another truck could be obtained, there would be no difficulty in filling it. When all the rubber has been loaded it will be sent to the reclamation plant at Christchurch.
