BLACK AFRICA LEGION.
NOW UNDER DARLAN’S ORDER. (Rec 2.50 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 26. It is authoritatively stated that is no truth in the reporjfc that Admiral Barlan is sending a mission to Britain. The Dakar radio broadcast a speech by the Vice-President of the “Black Africa Legion,” 1 emphasising that-all members are now under Admiral Darlan’s order. The radio gave the texts' of telegrams between M. Boisson and the Governors of Dakar, Togoland, Guinea, Dahoned, and French Sudan, giving assurances of mutual support, but not referring to Admiral Darlan. It .is officially announced in Vichy that the Secretary of the Navy (Admiral Abrial) has been appointed Com-mander-in-Chief of the Vichy naval forces. Vice-Admiral Laluc has been appointed new Chief of the Naval General Staff.
