MUTINIES IN NORWAY.

FIRING SQUADS DISOBEY. REFUSAL TO SHOOT COMRADES. (Rec. 1 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 26. German officers and men in chains aboard German ships travelling south have been seen from the cliffs of northern Norwegian ports, where the quays are barred to the public, says the Norwegian Telegraph Agency. This bears out reports that mutinies have occurred among the German occupation troops in Norway. Members of a German firing squad at Narvik who refused to shoot German mutineers are reported ,to have lined up with the accused, hut a second firing squad also refused to shoot. All were sent south. The “Goteborgposten” says that Hitler is withdrawing from Norway some specially trained regiments. There has been considerable regrouping of German forces in the last fortnight. The newspaper adds that part of the German navy, including large warships, have left for Germany. Large numbers of bombers have also left, probably for the Mediterranean.
