SUNK IN CARIBBEAN.
SMALL BRITISH MERCHANTMAN. WASHINGTON, Oct. 7. The United States Navy announces that a small British merchantman was torpedoed and sunk in the of August in the Caribbean area. Fort}two survivors were landed at an eas coast port. Five of the crew were lost.
